Submit a Copyright Notice

Use this form to notify R.A.C.E. of material you believe infringes your copyright. It asks for each element required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A). Submitting it creates a dated record of your notice and, where we can identify the account the material belongs to, forwards your notice to them and confirms that to you by email.

We reply here to tell you whether the notice was forwarded to the account that posted the material, or why it was not possible.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. See the Copyright Policy before submitting.

You may also send a notice by email to [email protected]. Email is read by a person rather than recorded automatically, so this form is the faster route and the one that produces a reference immediately.

To submit a counter-notice about material that was removed, or to ask about this policy, see the Copyright Policy.
