Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the R.A.C.E. (Race Anything, Challenge Everyone) platform at race.social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The R.A.C.E. platform is operated by ROCKIN T LLC, doing business as R.A.C.E. References to “R.A.C.E.”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean ROCKIN T LLC.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a R.A.C.E. account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. Creating duplicate or fake accounts is grounds for immediate ban.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • R.A.C.E. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Competition Rules.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all photos, descriptions, and other content you upload.
  • By uploading content, you grant R.A.C.E. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and associated social media.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, threatening, or harmful.
  • Do not upload photos that show other identifiable people without their consent, or that clearly display someone else's home address or phone number. Readable license plates must be hidden before submission using the plate blur tool, a cover, or a different camera angle.
  • R.A.C.E. reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
  • If you believe content on R.A.C.E. infringes your copyright, or your own content was removed in error, see our Copyright Policy, which also states our repeat-infringer policy.

5. Contests & Awards

Contests are governed by the Competition Rules. Each contest page lists available class award amounts and any claim deadline. How a winner accepts an award, and the checks made before it is confirmed, are set out in the Competition Rules. R.A.C.E. is not responsible for taxes owed on awards received — winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

6. Shops, Connected Accounts & Store

  • Shop owners who connect a Stripe account for payments agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
  • R.A.C.E. is not a party to transactions between shops and their customers.
  • Shop listings must be accurate and not misleading.
  • The R.A.C.E. store links out to an external Shopify storefront where enabled. R.A.C.E. is not a party to purchases made there — those transactions are governed by Shopify's own terms and the store's own policies.

7. Street Team

Street Team is a commission-based opportunity to support local shows, shops, and community growth, governed by the terms presented during Street Team application. Approval is not guaranteed, and compensation or referral credit depends on approved activity and platform rules. No guaranteed earnings, guaranteed hours, or guaranteed income is implied or promised.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to manipulate votes, ratings, or rankings through bots, scripts, or coordinated schemes.
  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access the platform without written permission.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
  • Using the platform to promote illegal activities.

9. Disclaimers

R.A.C.E. is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-submitted content. R.A.C.E. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R.A.C.E. and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROCKIN T LLC, doing business as R.A.C.E., and its officers, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these Terms or the Competition Rules, or your violation of another person's rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Each version is published here with its own version number, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account. When a change narrows your rights, we will ask you to review and accept the new version before it applies to you — signing in and continuing to use R.A.C.E. is not acceptance of it. Minor changes that do not narrow your rights, such as corrections and clarifications, take effect when posted.
